What areas do you ship to?

We ship nationwide. Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is $5,555 ARS for all of Argentina.

Does the microphone work with my phone?

Yes. We have two versions: one with a USB-C connector (compatible with most modern Androids) and one with a Lightning connector (compatible with iPhone). You can choose your version at the time of purchase.

Do I need to install an app to use the products?

No. All our products are plug and play: you connect them and they work instantly. No apps, no setup.

How do I pay?

We accept all payment methods available on MercadoPago: credit card, debit card, transfer, and MP balance.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days from when you receive the product to contact us if there's any problem. The product must be in its original condition.
